This Kickstart Performance Plan is for you if you are not ready yet to commit to longer-term coaching but want an initial detailed nutritional and metabolic health check and personalised nutrition plan to get you going:

What you get:

  • Introductory FREE ‘get-to-know you’ call to make sure we are the right fit for each other.
  • Initial comprehensive functional blood chemistry panel including over 120 biomarkers to assess nutritional status and other underlying health concerns.
  • Hormonal testing via blood and urine (where appropriate eg for women level of testing will depend on factors such as if any contraception, HRT and if cycling).
  • 90-120 minute consultation with integration of test results in context of your goals, health history, lifestyle and any medical doctor input, to create a highly personalised nutrition plan based on metabolic findings from tests and evidence-based supplement plan.
  • Written report provided with clear steps outlined based off consultation and findings. 
  • It will also enable assessment for potential over-training or burnout along with discussion on doable lifestyle adjustments with full consideration to your current commitments.
  • Additional tests can be run subject to individual needs/goals/symptoms – cost on a case-by-case basis.

Personalised Nutrition and High-Performance Coaching Plans

This is for highly motivated individuals who want the best of the best – cutting edge testing to provide the highest level of personalisation and support, to ensure changes are sustainable long term.

You want peace of mind and to know that you are doing your best to live life to its fullest for years to come. You want to resolve those aches and pain and not be reliant on medication for the next however many decades.

You are ready to start incorporating some behaviour changes and want the support behind you to help you make them sustainable and know they are the right ones for you.

What you get:

  • Introductory FREE ‘get-to-know you’ call to make sure we are the right fit for each other.
  • Initial comprehensive functional blood chemistry panel including over 120 biomarkers.  Repeated after 6 or 12 months depending on package to measure success.
  • Adrenal function and hormone testing – blood and urine based (where appropriate eg for women level of testing will depend on factors such as if any contraception, HRT and if cycling).
  • Additional Nutrigenomic testing to assess risk predisposition of various health conditions and allow highest level of personalisation on supplement/food/lifestyle interventions – 6 and 12 month plans.   
  • Initial 90-120 minute consultation with integration of test results in context of your goals, health history, lifestyle and any medical doctor input, to create a highly personalised food guide based on metabolic findings from tests, supplement plan.
  • Regular follow-up consultations (usually every 2 weeks) to provide support and accountability, including menu guidance when away.  Can be via Zoom or in person depending on location.  
  • EDUCATION as we go at each step to help empower you and provide ongoing motivation.
  • Sleep analysis using FirstBeat monitor and use of Continuous Blood Glucose monitors for 12 month packages and integration of results into recommendations.
  • Additional cost of phlebotomy for blood draw varies according to where you go/who you use and is not under control of KCH Nutrition but guidance can be offered.  For UK based clients on 12 month packages this cost is included in the package.

What to expect

Initial complimentary call

Book your initial complimentary call to find out what package is right for you. Katherine will to you to understand a little more about your health history and any conditions along with goals so appropriate recommendations on next steps can be offered. If you have worked with other health care providers, details of previous testing maybe asked for. This includes private medical blood tests.

Testing

Agree on testing and package structure. Katherine will arrange testing for you and guide you through the process from start to finish. You will also be asked to complete an online 7 day food (and sometimes mood) diary and detailed Initial Health Questionnaire

Initial 90 minute appointment

Initial 90 minute appointment is booked for when test results are back so that they can be incorporated into the initial nutrition and lifestyle recommendations. All of these are pesronalised and agreed with you in the consultation so that they are doable for you.

Follow-up sessions

Follow-up sessions booked in and revisions and adaptions to plan made as we go based off progress and feedback. Support and accountability provided through-out.

Wearable Devices

Measuring and incorporation of data on the nervous system using devices such as Firstbeat provided – usually after around 2-4 sessions with repeat measurements as we go to further personalise recommendations.

Measure progress

Retesting to assess and measure progress for 6 and 12 month packages along with assessment of symptoms and behaviour change progress and round-up of work together along with any next steps that may be needed/desired. Examples include annual repeat blood testing to ensure you remain on track.
